Vicki moved from the UK in 1995 and is currently the Director of Visual Merchandising for the North America Retail Division at Under Armour. Vicki has always been active, however after undergoing four neck surgeries and one rotator cuff surgery, she never quite found that perfect exercise routine. That is, until she attended a reformer intro class at our Owings Mills studio in Sept 2017. After taking various levels of classes, Vicki quickly fell in love with Pilates. Once she began taking classes at least three times a week for 7 months, she saw the benefits and how Pilates helped her gain strength, length and flexibility through her core as well as her upper and lower body. Although Vicki wasn’t looking to become a Pilates instructor, her passion for showing others how Pilates can make a huge difference in a short amount of time led to an organic transition from student to teacher. She truly believes Pilates is for everyone, no matter the age or disability. Vicki loves to teach level 1 flow classes as she is passionate about making sure all of her clients know and understand their core. When Vicki is not working for UA or teaching Pilates, she enjoys spending time with her dog Cleo and traveling.

Bonnie Ziegelstein, P.T., has been a practicing physical therapist for over 30 years in the Baltimore metropolitan area. She currently treats orthopedic and neurological outpatients for Lifebridge Health. Over the years she has worked with a wide variety of patients in various settings. Her training and experience as a physical therapist, and her understanding of body mechanics, movement, exercise, and external forces on the body, have given her a deep appreciation of the importance of maintaining an optimal level of health and well being, and a unique perspective as a Pilates instructor. Being exposed to many different forms of exercise, she has found Pilates to be her personal favorite, not just for herself, but for all people who want to maintain or improve their health, prevent injury, or recover from medical or surgical issues. Bonnie had been practicing Pilates for about 5 years, when she was thrilled to discover that Club Pilates had come to Baltimore and offered a comprehensive teacher training. She enjoys teaching classes as well as working individually, and feels that her physical therapy background enhances her Pilates instruction.
